الشروط والاحكام:
• يشمل الدعم المركزي لرسوم النشر في المجلات العلمية موظفي جامعة السلطان قابوس وطلبتها الذين ينشرون في:
⇐ المجلات العلمية المصنفة ضمن الربع الأول (Q1) والمفهرسة في قاعدة البيانات Scopus أو JCR Web of Science.
⇐المجلات العربية المعترف بها المدرجة ضمن نسبة الـ 30٪ الأعلى في قوائم التصنيف للكليات والمراكز البحثية، والمذكورة في نظام التقديم.
• يشمل الدعم الأوراق والمراجعات البحثية الأصيلة، ولا يشمل الأنواع الأخرى من المنشورات مثل: أوراق التحرير، والتعليق، وتقرير الحالة، وتقرير المرض، والصور والتصحيحات، ووقائع المؤتمرات أو ملخصاتها، والخطابات إلى المحرر.
• يشمل الدعم الباحث من جامعة السلطان قابوس كباحث رئيس أو الباحث الأول في ترتيب قائمة الباحثين بالورقة المنشورة فقط. (وبشرط بأن يكون المتقدم مقيدا في الجامعة أثناء تقديم الطلب).
• يجب أن يظهر الانتساب إلى جامعة السلطان قابوس بوضوح على الورقة المنشورة (ولا يقبل الطلب في حالة الانتساب المزدوج).
• يمكن لباحثي جامعة السلطان قابوس وطلبتها التقدُّم بطلباتهم للحصول على الدعم بعد الإعلان عنه كورقة واحدة بحد أقصى لكل موظف أو طالب خلال دورة واحدة.
• الحد الأقصى للورقة البحثية هو 1000 ريال عماني.
• تقدم عمادة البحث العلمي تعويض عن الفاتورة المرفقة.
كيفية التقدُّم بطلب:
• يمكن للباحث المستوفي الشروط ذو الانتساب الواضح لجامعة السلطان قابوس (بدون انتساب مزدوج) على الورقة المنشورة، التقدُّم بطلب الحصول على الدعم من خلال النظام المخصص لذلك
• يجب أن يُرفق مع الطلب نسخة من الورقة البحثية، والموافقة النهائية على النشر من المجلة، وما يثبت تصنيف المجلة كما هو موضح في الشروط والأحكام أعلاه، ،الفاتورة، والسند المالي.
• يمكن للراغبين التقدم بطلباتهم في أي وقت من العام، وتعتمد الموافقة على توفر الدعم.
• يقر المتقدم بأنه لم يقدم طلب التعويض من أي مصادر التمويل او الدعم في بالجامعة.
• يقر مقدم الطلب بأنه قرأ الشروط والأحكام ووافق عليها.

Terms and Conditions
• The CJPFF is applicable to SQU staff and students who publish in:
➢ First Quartile (Q1) journals indexed in Scopus or JCR Web of Science.
➢ Recognised Arabic journals in the top 30% of College or Centre ranked lists.
• Only original research articles and reviews are eligible for the fund. Other types of publications, such as editorials, comments, case reports, disease reports, interesting images, corrections, conference proceedings/abstracts, and letters to the editor, are not eligible.
• Only SQU-affiliated corresponding authors or first authors, as indicated in the published paper, are eligible for the CJPFF.
• The CJPFF is given only to authors who are SQU staff or registered SQU students at the time of application for the fund.
• The SQU affiliation must be clearly shown on the published paper. (No paper featuring a double affiliation for the SQU author will be funded.)
• SQU authros can apply for the CJPFF for a maximum of one paper per cycle.
• The maximum amount per paper is 1000 OMR.
Procedure:
• The eligible SQU-affiliated author is to initiate the request through the system.
• The application must include the following: a copy of the accepted paper and the final acceptance notification from the journal, evidence of the journal category as detailed in the terms and conditions, and the invoice including proof of payment.
• Application is open throughout the year and approval is subject to the availability of funds.
• By making a submission for the reimbursement of publication fees, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
• The applicant confirms that he/she did not applied for any financial support from other SQU sources.
